"Thuyền đi rất êm, tuyến chạy vào trong Thành Nội có cảnh đẹp. Dịch vụ tốt. Mình sẽ giới thiệu cho bạn bè và người thân. Điều mình thích nhất là thuyền điện rất yên tĩnh và thân thiện với môi trường, hơn hẳn thuyền rồng thông thường. Thuyền không quá lớn, thiết kế rất sạch sẽ và đẹp. Hành trình không chỉ đi dọc sông Hương mà còn đưa du khách đến những khu vực Hoàng thành ít người biết đến, rất phù hợp cho những ai muốn có một trải nghiệm khác biệt."
